For years, I assumed medicine was straightforward. Doctors give you pills — you nod, take it, and move on. It felt official. Then cracks began to show.
At some point, I couldn’t focus. I blamed my job. But my body was whispering something else. I searched forums. None of the leaflets explained it clearly.
